The index seeks to measure the performance of equity securities (common stock and depositary receipts) issued by non-U.S. companies that derive at least 90% of their revenue from online business transactions or e-commerce platforms. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the securities that comprise the index. It is non-diversified.
