The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index, and the fund will invest at least 90% of its assets in fixed income securities of the types included in the underlying index that the advisor believes will help the fund track the underlying index. The underlying index includes municipal bonds, the interest of which is exempt from Federal income taxes and not subject to alternative minimum tax.

Investors were net purchasers of fund assets for the second week in a row, but they injected only a net $853 million for the week. Equity ETFs experienced net inflows for the first week in three, taking in a little less than $3.2 billion for the most recent fund-flows week.

Investors were net sellers of fund assets (including those of conventional funds and ETFs) for the third week in four, withdrawing a net $2.1 billion for the Refinitiv Lipper fund flows week. Equity ETFs experienced net outflows for the first week in five, handing back a little more than $3.5 billion for the most recent fund flows week.
