ImmuPharma plc, a biopharmaceutical company, discovers and develops peptide-based therapeutics. The company's lead product candidate is the Lupuzor, an autophagy immunomodulator, which is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of lupus, an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disease. Its other product candidates include BioAMB, a peptide-based drug for the treatment of Amphotericin-B formulations, a fungal infection caused by the aspergillus family of fungi; and BioCin, a peptide-based antibacterial drug used in high medical need cases and in last line of defense.
