The company operates in North America, South America, and Central America, including various Caribbean nations; Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; and the Asia Pacific. Hilton Worldwide Holdings has continued to see room expansion across the Hampton brand along with recovery to pre-pandemic occupancy rates, in spite of recessionary fears. While there are signs of a plateau in RevPAR across Hilton's hotel brands, I take the view that revenue growth can continue on the basis of volume.
Hotel-housekeeping jobs have fallen by 102,000 during the pandemic. What happened?

As some U.S. hotels hung onto practices they adopted during the coronavirus pandemic — such as eliminating daily cleanings of hotel rooms — the number of hotel housekeepers fell by more than 102,000 last year from pre-pandemic levels, new data shows.
