Under normal circumstances, the Advisor intends to invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed income instruments or other investments with economic characteristics similar to fixed income instruments. It may invest in fixed income instruments of any credit quality, including those that are at the time of investment unrated or rated BB+ or lower by S&P or Ba1 or lower by Moody's or the equivalent by any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization. The fund is non-diversified.

DoubleLine is one the many established asset managers that entered the ETF market in the past year. Like Neuberger Berman, the firm launched in April 2022 one equity and one fixed income ETF: The DoubleLine Schiller CAPE U.S. Equities ETF (CAPE) and the DoubleLine Opportunistic Bond ETF (DBND).

DoubleLine and Barclays have announced a strategic partnership to market and distribute exchange traded funds under DoubleLine ETF Adviser LP. “The pairing of our complementary skill sets and resources in the ETF space will write, I'm sure, a productive new chapter in our now decade-long collaboration,” said DoubleLine CEO Jeffrey Gundlach in a news release.

DoubleLine announced the launch of two actively managed exchange traded funds. The DoubleLine Opportunistic Bond ETF (NYSE Arca: DBND) and the DoubleLine Shiller CAPE U.S. Equities ETF (NYSE Arca: DCPE) begin trading on Tuesday on the NYSE Arca.
