The adviser seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by investing in high yield bonds also known as "junk bonds" primarily by purchasing exchange traded funds and applying a credit hedge derivatives strategy to the fund's investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in high yield securities. The fund may invest up to 20% of its portfolio in derivatives.

Simplify Asset Management has launched two new income-focused ETFs designed to enhance portfolio yield without significant credit or duration exposure. The Simplify Stable Income ETF (NYSE Arca: BUCK) and the Simplify Enhanced Income ETF (NYSE Arca: HIGH) begin trading today on the NYSE Arca.

Simplify Asset Management announced today that it is launching its newest ETF, the Simplify Managed Futures Strategy ETF (NYSE Arca: CTA). CTA seeks long-term capital appreciation by providing investors with a systematic long/short managed futures strategy, investing across U.S. and Canadian commodities and rates while excluding equity futures to ensure low correlations with equity-dominated portfolios.
