  Dallas, TX, June 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Americas Technology Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: ATA.U) (the “Company”) today announced that it has received a notice (“Notice”) from the NYSE Regulation staff of the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") as a result of its failure to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 (the "Form 10-Q") in a timely fashion. The Notice advised the Company that it was not in compliance with the NYSE's continued listing requirements under the timely filing criteria established in Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.

  Dallas, TX, Jan. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Americas Technology Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced today that, commencing January 28, 2021, holders of the 11,500,000 units sold in the Company's initial public offering may elect to separately trade the Company's Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols “ATA” and “ATA WS,” respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ATA.U.” Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company's transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.

(NYSE: ATA.U, the “Company”) announced today that it closed its initial public offering of 11,500,000 units, including the exercise in full of the underwriter's over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units. The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $115,000,000.
