Further, it is involved in the research and development and sale of offshore wind power related equipment. The company was formerly known as TSC Group Holdings Limited and changed its name to CMIC Ocean En-Tech Holding Co., Ltd. in February 2019. CMIC Ocean En-Tech Holding Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
